.com is the online trading company in England and Wales selling Luggage, Travel Goods, Business Cases at a low price.

Prices and Payment: All prices are in pound sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. We accept all major credit and debit card. Once payment has been received we will process your order, subject of availability. 

Purchasing: In stock items are ready to be dispatched next day, Monday to Friday. To purchase any items from our online store please click on ‘Add to basket’ button shown on any available product. For safety reasons your order’s data are not available via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

DeliveryWe aim to deliver all items within 2 to 4 weeks. Please note that for Bespoke Made To Order items, the lead time will be 15-28 working days unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation: You may return any of our items (at your expense) within 7 days of receipt for a full refund/exchange for any reason providing the item is returned in the same new condition it was sent out in. We do not refund any postage costs incurred on the original transaction. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email. It is your responsibility to take care of the goods and return them in saleable condition at your own expense. We highly recommend that when items are returned they are returned by recorded delivery service.

Returns: You must contact us before returning any goods. 

New items: We will offer refund for new items which are returned within 7 days from the date of delivery of your order.
Items must be returned in the same brand new, unused and saleable condition with all labels and original packaging. If the goods are unsuitable, a full refund will be offered. If you have paid any additional postage fees for example next day delivery any other postal service this fee will not be refunded. It may take up to 28 days to refund your payment from the date your items arrive in our warehouse. We also offer collections for 10% OFF.

Guarantee: We guarantee that the goods will be free from any defects in workmanship or materials under normal use. We guarantee that the goods are fit for their intended use and you are required to check the precise purpose of each product before application. Therefore we do not accept responsibility if you put the goods to a use which is not intended.

Damaged items: In the unlikely event that goods are received damaged or faulty, or they develop a fault in a very short period of time (30 days from purchase) please contact us. If we cannot repair the damaged items we will offer a replacement or exchange it with any other item. If the customer prefers any other item as an exchange then the difference in price will be either refunded or charged to the customer. The guarantee does not cover the costs of sending your defective product for assessment and replacement. All such costs will be borne by the purchaser/sender.

Airport damage to luggage: We strongly recommend you examine your luggage carefully before leaving the airport. Damage due to mishandling by the airports staff is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. You must file a claim with the airline before leaving the airport.
