Refunds & Returns Policy

 

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason or in the rare instance you have experienced any defects with the product/products ordered, please contact us with the first 14 days of taking delivery of the item to see if we can resolve the issue. This could be either by sending out a replacement product, mechanism or any other alternative solution that is suitable.

If, however, you are still unhappy with your product and wish to return, the following terms will apply.

 

  • Returns must be notified to us in writing via email to Info@plushglobal.com
  • Bespoke custom beds are non refundable
  • All returns will need to have the following information: Name, Address, order number, product details and a valid reason for return.
  • Notification of returns must be made in the first 14 days of the initial delivery date.
  • All refunds can take up to 14 days to process and will be refunded to your original method of payment. 
  • All deposits are non-refundable and we reserve the right to keep any deposits made if materials are ordered.
  • All items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
  • When returning the product to us, it must be received undamaged, therefore it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all items that are being returned are suitably packaged for a safe transit.
  • If we receive the product back to us in damaged condition, we have no choice but to return the item back to the customer and this will then incur a delivery charge and therefore a refund will not be processed.
  • Due to Hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of mattresses or any bedding products of where the packaging has been removed. This is for both hygiene and health and safety issues.
  • All returns must be sent to: 57 Plane Street, Oldham, OL4 2BX
  • Customers are liable for all returns costs and charges.
  • We reserve the right to reject a cancellation request if the order is customised or bespoke and the manufacturing process has already started.

If you simply change your mind we would need to know within the first 24 Hours of you placing your order.
